Published v1.4 synthetic three-state ODEs with constant nonnegative controls and a limited resource budget. The model is not empirically calibrated, not a societal forecast, and not a viability-kernel computation.

Method and limitations

Normalized synthetic states B, G, C; 40-year horizon, fixed-step RK4 (0.05 years), budget default 0.10. Admissible bounds B >= 0.80, G <= 0.45, C >= 0.40; exact published full-box threshold U* = 12437/65250 (about 0.190605). A trajectory within bounds is not an infinite-horizon viability certificate. No real-country inference.
